Lavash rolls with red fish

Ingredients:
Fillet of salted salmon or trout — 200 gr., Viola cheese — 200 gr., Lavash — 1 pack, dill, lemon juice — 15 ml.

Preparation:
Finely chop the dill and mix with the cheese. Cut the salmon into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Spread a sheet of pita bread with cheese and put salmon slices on top. Roll up and cut into portions.
